This product is white flake appearance and conforms to the standard. It is packed in 25 kg woven bags. It is transported in the form of pallets. Each pallet has 40 bags and a net weight of 1000 kg, Extended packaging on the outside.
Usage
Fischer-Tropsch waxes can be used in plastics processing such as injection molding, extrusion and granulation. Fischer-Tropsch waxes contribute to the dispersion and excellent smoothness of fillers during mixing in the production of masterbatches and modified plastics. Can be used as PVC external lubricant, low viscosity can improve the production speed of the product, in the mixing to help the dispersion of pigment filler especially in the extrusion of high viscosity system has a better appointment, than the ordinary PE wax added amount less than 40--50%, and can significantly improve the surface gloss of the product. When using thick colors, the melted Fischer-Tropsch wax can effectively wet the dye and reduce the extrusion viscosity.
Inks And Coatings
When used in inks as particulate powders, the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of the applied materials can be improved. When applied to the coating, it can play a wrinkle effect, and when used in the powder state, it can form a stripe and water wrinkle effect. The addition of powder coating resin lubricates during the extrusion process reduces screw torque, reduces energy consumption and improves production efficiency. Ideal synthetic wax for adhesive EVA-based hot melt adhesives. Waxes with a high melting point improve the heat resistance and fast drying properties of adhesives.
