Food Thickener PGA Propylene Glycol Alginate Powder CAS 9005-37-2
Product Introduction
Propylene glycol alginate, also known as propylene glycol alginate, propylene glycol alginate, propylene glycol alginate, and propylene glycol alginate, is an alginic acid compound in which part of the carboxyl group is esterified by propylene glycol and part of the carboxyl group is neutralized by alkali .
It is made by deep processing of alginic acid extracted from natural seaweeds. The appearance is white or light yellow powder, and it becomes a viscous colloid after being dissolved in water. It is often used as a thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying agent for beverage products.
